Schedule a check-up and get a full blood panel. Know your numbers—blood pressure, A1C, cholesterol, and more—so you’re not guessing about your health.
That’s about 10,000 steps per day. Every step counts. You can walk, jog, or move however you like—as long as you’re logging movement.
Over the 100 days, you’ll watch five powerful documentaries about health, nutrition, movement, and mindset to transform how you think about your body.
Using Healthy Man Cooking principles, you’ll prepare at least one healthy meal every week. Real ingredients, real flavor, better health.
Hydration is non-negotiable. Aim for eight 8-oz glasses daily to support your energy, focus, organs, and overall performance.
Your 100-day game plan
You don’t need to be in shape to start. You begin right where you are.

1Sign up for the challenge Enter your information on the Join page. You’ll receive a welcome email with your 100-day overview.

2Get cleared & know your numbers Schedule your doctor visit and blood work. Share your results with your doctor and save them as a baseline.

3Start walking and tracking daily Use your phone, smartwatch, or pedometer to track your steps. Your daily target is 10,000 steps, but your first win is consistency.

4Follow the weekly blueprint Each week, you’ll cook one healthy meal, drink your water, and complete your documentary list over the 100 days.

5Log your progress once a week Log into the Healthy Man Walking Challenge Board to record: steps, water consistency, doctor visit status, documentary progress, and weekly healthy meal.

6Finish strong & celebrate At the end of 100 days, we celebrate completions, highlight transformations, and recognize men and organizations that went all in.

The Healthy Man Walking Challenge Board (online platform) is where you’ll check in weekly, see your streaks, and be encouraged by men across the country.
Whether you join as an individual or part of a group, you’ll be able to see your progress and stay accountable.
