How to run a 100-day cohort
A simple structure you can use in any organization.

1Choose a kickoff date Pick a 100-day window and announce it to your men. Promote sign-ups 2–4 weeks in advance.

2Identify a coordinator Designate someone responsible for receiving materials, communicating reminders, and hosting check-ins.

3Host a launch meeting Share the 5 commitments, walk through the 100-day plan, and invite every man to join the challenge.

4Weekly check-ins Do in-person or online check-ins to celebrate wins, share tips, and keep men motivated.

5Celebrate completion At day 100, celebrate those who finished, highlight transformations, and invite the next wave of men to start.
